Vila is suitable for larger groups, families and individuals, as well as for celebrations, corporate events, team buildings, weddings and the like. The immediate distance from the beach of El Cabezo is convenient for wind lovers (Windsurfers/Kitesurfers) and also beginners to intermediate surfers, but also certainly everyone else 😉

  • GRAN CANARIA: 4* lůžkový pokoj (manželská postel 230cm + rozkládací dvoupostel 180cm) also situated on the upper floor with an area of ​​23m2 with entrance from the atrium and the garden, with extra bed or cot up to 5 beds, view of the garden and Cabezo
  • La Palma: double bed room (two single beds 90 cm, can be put together) on the lower floor next to the common hall and kitchen, possibility to add a cot, entrance to the garden

Platba

Splatnost zálohy je 14 dní od data vystavení potvrzení rezervace. Přičemž platba musí být připsána na účtě provozovatele v den začátku ubytování. Po uhrazení zálohy se rezervace stává závaznou a do 5 pracovních dnů objednávající obdrží potvrzení o přijaté platbě. Všechny ceny jsou včetně IGIC (DPH).

Stornopodmínky

Platby (zálohy) na ubytování hrazené převodem na účet se požadují ve výši 50% z celkové ceny za pobyt. Doplatek do plné (celkové) ceny je následně hrazen ihned při příjezdu. Pokud objednávající zruší pobyt, na tyto zálohy se vztahují tyto storno poplatky: 14 dní a méně před příjezdem – storno poplatek 100 % ze zálohy objednaných a potvrzených služeb 29 - 15 dní před příjezdem – storno poplatek 75 % ze zálohy objednaných a potvrzených služeb 59 - 30 dní před příjezdem – storno poplatek 50 % ze zálohy objednaných a potvrzených služeb více jak 60 dnů před příjezdem – storno poplatek 25 % ze zálohy objednaných a potvrzených služeb Změny v rezervaci: Změna počtu osob, dnů, pokojů nebo časů příletu a odletu. Změnu v rezervaci bez sankcí lze provádět do 30 dnů před příjezdem na ubytování. Změny provedené v termínu kratším než 30 dnů před příjezdem nemají vliv na snížení celkové ceny. Změny v rezervaci nebo zrušení rezervace musí být učiněno pouze písemnou formou (e-mailem: info@gipsytrip.cz), poskytovatel služeb zákazníkovi potvrdí stejným způsobem. Pokud jsou storno poplatky menší než-li je již zaplacená záloha, rozdíl je klientovi vrácen převodem zpět na účet.
